You should be careful with the use of a color palette wholly contained in such a narrow range of lightness.
I don't know what color correcting options Sai has, but it never hurts looking at the Levels or the Histogram of the pic and try and spread things out a bit, if only because no two screens will render the pic the same way, and what you're seeing is never quite what other people are seeing.

I have no idea how to use half the options in the progam, I just draw xD

Apparently Sai doesn't even have either of those functions anyway.
Just trust your sense while keeping in mind that colors that are too light might not be seen by a lot of people.

Adjusting the whole pic could be done in Sai going with Filter(T)>Brightness and Contrast(C) and in this case upping the Color Deepen value.
