My Flesh & Fur deuteragonist, Jobe, has already been eaten by five Disney villains, one of whom has eaten him twice -- Legend of Tarzan villains Tublat, the evil gorilla, and Kaj, the evil Leopard Man who worked in the service of Queen La, Merlock, the main villain of Duck Tales: the Movie - Raiders of the Lost Lamp, even a human predator, Stromboli, the gypsy serving as a minor villain from Pinocchio, the feral form of the evil Shere Khan from The Jungle Book, and, most recently, the anthro form of Shere Khan from Tale Spin! We will again continue this series of comics involving Jobe getting eaten by more of my favorite Disney villains. As I have said before, I'd always imagined them making meals out of me. As Jobe is based on me, appearance-wise and personality-wise, he'd be the closest thing I could have to me getting eaten by these villains myself. So I could live it vicariously through him, so to speak.
In this short story, Jobe has re-formed from his second digestion by Shere Khan and has now moved on to the seas of Neverland, where he will meet his next villain: the evil, yet comically hungry Tick-Tock the Crocodile from Peter Pan. And even though Jobe is not his main quarry, Captain Hook, this encounter will obviously end the same way it did with all of the others. . . .
The ocean water was silent and tranquil, quietly rippling as it sat mostly still. Nothing was happening to disturb its peaceful state.
At least not yet.
But just then . . .
Jobe suddenly broke the surface, gasping loudly as he took in a breath of air. Then, with his eyes shut tightly, he coughed, sputtered on, and spit out some water.
Then, at last, he looked around at his surroundings and said, “I am in . . . an ocean now?!” Looking in a different direction, all while treading water, he said, “More and more, I am feeling like I am on that Earth program, Quantum Leap. Each leap that I have taken I have hoped to be the leap home, but has not been.”
Jobe had just appeared in yet another new, unfamiliar world. Another new location on his sudden, unexpected, makeshift journey that had fatefully started days ago, when a visit to his cross-world “Internet buddy,” Dr. Sarah Corwen, had led to him encountering a super-intelligent gorilla, Gorilla Grodd, who had eaten him for lunch and digested him. From there, Jobe he had encountered many other predators in several other worlds — the evil, feral gorilla, Tublat, the hungry Leopard Man, Kaj, the malevolent wolf magician, Merlock, the sinister human gypsy, Stromboli (surprisingly, not the first human predator whom Jobe had encountered in his life!), the terrible feral tiger, Shere Khan, and, most recently before his appearance in the ocean, the anthropomorphic version of the same tiger.
Now here he was, floating in an ocean, already knowing that at some point in time, he would be meeting the next predator on his journey. The next hungry predator waiting to eat and digest him.

Also, if someone looks closely and carefully, you might see a little cameo to another Disney movie. It wasn't something that I asked to be added, but
ViceX apparently thought it'd be cute.
