This guy here is Paw Rugg, from a Hanna Barbera cartoon called The Hillbilly Bears
The show was obviously inspired by The Beverly Hillbillies, and obviously the quality was typical of Hanna Barbera XD
Anyway, for some reason this bear always seemed a bit sexy to me (but is not the only one redneck bear that I find sexy... But that is another story )
