Sketchbook 075: Your Wish Has Been Granted

It's been quite a while since I've drawn a mawshot and I wanted more practice, plus I had this idea in my head for a while and I wanted to finally draw it.
I was originally going to draw the dragon from the Super Dragon Balls, since it is actually shown to eat the summoner (more or less) but I figured Shenron's would be more classic.
I'm relatively surprised at how well this came out and how fast I was able to draw it, it taking roughly about an hour and a half, which is a new record, which is surprising giving the amount of detail.
I guess the only bummer about this is that I couldn't fit any limbs in so he looks more like a snake. I also stylized his hair has I couldn't draw it like it's normally drawn, but I guess that's more of an artistic choice and not necessarily a bad thing.

We never do see too into his mouth as he's always curving down when he appears. Still that is a unique digestion process considering he'll vanish once the wish is done and who knows where he goes afterward. I instantly recognized the beast without looking at the title or tags so even with any artistic choices you still conveyed who this was for those who have seen him before. Besides he's long so his limbs are somewhere doing their thing or sticking around while he floats on magic.
He's certainly anticipating the meal, I would assume so too, considering he's been probably been around for a long time with no opportunity to eat anything due to him being summoned only long enough to grant a wish.
True that, though immortality would be a good thing to have once inside his belly :3
