Honestly, I do not have any idea as to why I drew this. I was just drawing Ratchet and I wanted to try doing a different expression as well as try something with an open mouth since I need more practice with that stuff, and it just turned into this :3

In reality, I wanted to add some more stuff to the picture. I had plans to make it full body and make it so that he was being pet so it wouldn't come across so...lewd but I never got around to it.

Tried a few things different here, such as adding fur detail to the eyebrows as well as making the teeth more defined. The nature of the expression required a different head angle and a different perspective of the muzzle,which I'm not sure I did quite correctly but of course, this was primarily for practice.
