Schwarzpelz - Chapter 4 - Part 5
Took a bit longer to finish, but was definitely worth it~
It's always a good time when you get the opportunity to design random landscapes or characters just for a page or two, gives you a lot of opportunities to make up subtle little stories about the world, plus here we got a bigger reveal as well~
It actually didn't occur to me that I have probably never mentioned the word "drifter" in the comic before, except for one or two pages ago. It was in one of the Schwarzpelz' School pages, which is why I thought people definitely know the term at this point. But well, here it is now, a bit of lore and story, some questions answered, some new ones might occur. Probably one more page of the father's letter and then we'll get back to Schwarzi.

Also: So is the "fruit" that she touched different from the one her lik sister was exposed too? =/ I mean: Instead of a stone/gen on her head that made her go rabid and all, she did not get anything as far as I saw. =0 Also: She dien't go macro sized and is just normal human sized. =/

Wait, so were all drifters (or at least, some of the first few) humans that touched one of these fruits? Especially since they outnumber humans by so much?
And does this mean that the fruits have a different effect on humans than drifters (Then again, that would explain why it drives a drifter giant and nuts, since it's essentially a human getting a second dose) or is this a different fruit from the kind that turns people giant and crazy?
