As you can see from the pic itself, Snow is singing about the turbine tails of her kind (or the Zekrom’s tail if you prefer that) with her lovely singing voice. But I know your asking yourself this question, why is she singing that song? Is she making fun of her kind (that is mean to her)? Was she been dared by her friends to make fun of her kind’s turbine tail?

Heh, I leave that up to your imaginations since only I (and Snow) knows why she is singing that song. |3

Also, this is (which I can recall so far) the first pic that shows her being shown in a cartoonish style which I liked so much.
