He's a restaurant over that eats customers who can't pay,
but if you're lucky enough, you might be able to get out free with giving him a foot rub instead~

Maybe he's full and you'll get out free on a paw rub~
Also Kuhnteefied his design a little more
Less default Slurpuff, and more personality~
