Took me a while to find this pic again :)

Someone recently said I should try putting some of my age regression stories on Kindle, as there's more of a market than I might have realised. I've been giving it a try, and now I'm looking at Spanky's story. Naturally, I came back here to see if this image (still the only one I've got) might be suitable for a cover. I presume if I wanted to use it I'd have to offer money, or some kind of license agreement; I'm not up to speed on the legal side, because I normally can't afford commissions.

So, yeah… can I use a version of this pic as a cover image for an ebook, what terms would apply, and what will it cost me?

(Maybe I should have sent this as a note, but sending a first PM is a big anxiety thing for me, and I figured if I'm asking about existing art it would be convenient to have the message attached to the picture somehow, so you remember which one I'm talking about)
