That's an interesting-looking horn arrangement. I like the area around the eye and the mouth. Nicely done on all of the details.

I kind of feel that the upper face and head of a dragon is kind of an immobile mask, with softer hide for the throat and cheeks, and around the eyes. I think I should probably do an illustration of that.
