I thought he was looking decidedly rattish. Is that an ear piercing or a navel piercing, though? If it's an ear piercing, I wonder if it's helping to make our former feline more amenable to his master. Nice look around his eyes, too. I love how they're not all completely vacant, but you can definitely see the hints of servitude/conditioning in his posture and expression. I wonder how long this change will last before he ends up regaining his original form ... if he ever does.

Yes, the rat master did a number on the young one, as Joe is ready to do anything for his master.
Cyrus always desires this one, and thought of a lot things he wished and desired with the wolf boy. So now the rat has it and happy to have a willing (brain washed) servant for his needs.
Maybe he will be normal or not, depends on his luck.
