Chizpurfle is a miniature, crab-like parasite. It lives on magic wands and feathers/fur of magical creatures (eg Crups or Augereys). This Chizpurfle settled in the feathers of the grieving bird Augerey. If this parasite does not find magical objects, then it attacks the electrical devices of the Muggles.
