But in keeping with Libertarian values, the cards will not be issued by any central authority; instead, you'll have to take a copy to a cardmaker and have it done, or make your own. Of course, if you wind up with a much more expensive card that looks totally different from your Libertarian neighbor's card, that's just the free market at work. ;)
