these two are inspired off a story and concepts my wife wrote for me! these are coco and cream.

Coco is a small pinehog who likes extreme adventures, particularily surfing in rough beaches. she's kind of a daredevil and does not fear death. this is because she can revive from death using magic thanks to phoenix genes in her body. as long as her soul is unnaffected, she can come back to life.

Cream is a slug-like slime that started as a completely amorphous blob that just consumed whatever got in its reach. eventually it consumed a more intelligent being and assimilated its intelligence and took on a little more complex form, growing eyes and a more mobile body. she can consume creatures and obtain their abilities temporarily, as well as aquire their intelligence. sometimes she also obtains their memories, which sometimes confuses her, leading her to temporarily think she's the person she consumed! the effect fades after a while, but she'll still be able to retain the level of intelligence and the abilities of the creature she ate. needless to say, she's consumed Coco quite often and is happy with her! however for some reason cream refuses to absorb her, even after knowing her less malleable mate can come back from death.
