Random thoughts:

They are wearing helmets, the chef's hat is to keep headfur out of the food, wouldn't the helmets count?

With a couple color tweaks, if this were turned into a poster, how would it look under black light?

Reynard and I just thought it'd look silly with the helmet spike poking out of the chefs' hats XD

I'm going to work with some black lights in the basement pretty soon, and it has me waxing nostalgic for the old flourescent posters we used to be able to get at Spencer Gifts back in the day. they were full of fun details like this picture, and when viewed under the black light they would transform with the bits that glowed. I could see eyes lighting up here, uniform details, even secret messages appearing in the soup! There's just a lot of fun in this picture...

Most 20th century and newer combat rated helmets feature a suspension system to soften the impact on the soldier's head. They also usually do ventilation reasonably well. As such, they wouldn't hold onto loose/shed headfur very well.
But it is funny looking so...

Agreed, I was in the army, and I have some older helmets as well, I know what you mean. The look here is awesome! =^^=

All those German shepherds and civets in one room. Something's bound to happen. The civets just look too much like cats for the German shepherds to resist. LOL.

Actually, having been in the military. I've had to direct a kitchen. Shockingly enough. Once a system is set up. Soldiers are damned good at getting a task done

When I got to this tonight, I had been watching LIVE PD for the past three hours. One segment they ran was some clown trying to defraud an innkeeper i.e., run out on the bill.
