I didn't want to draw Sherlock Holmes as something cliche like a hound, so I drew him as a kangaroo. I've been a fan of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's works for a while now.
Also, I don't know what to think about the new Sherlock Holmes movie that's coming out this year. Robert Downey Jr. looks NOTHING like Sherlock. In the trailer he doesn't wear the signature deerstalker cap a single time. I don't know if any of you have watched the trailer, but it's just fucking ridiculous. Somehow Sherlock has mastered Kung Fu or something and starts beating the shit out of this other guy in a cage fight. And then there's all this supernatural bullshit going on and explosions and... ugh. It'll probably be a decent movie, but I doubt I'll like it because I'm a fan of old school Sherlock Holmes.

A kangaroo? That's new.
As for the trailer, well, for one thing, Sherlock rarely wore the deerstalker cap. That was just something the movies added, like Holmes and Watson being older (they're both in their thirties or so in the early adventurers) and Watson being a nimrod. And we already know that Holmes knows a handful of martial arts, so it's not too surprising. And Holmes did consider that the supernatural could be a possible solution in the Baskerville case, so Holmes himself is certainly open to the idea. I'll give the movie a fair shot. It can't be worse than Young Sherlock Holmes, can it?

Considering the disguises he has done in the past, a wrestler is just another one of them. Plus, he could be training or working out: we know that Holmes is strong enough to bend a fireplace poker back into shape, so he has to work out sometimes. It's weird: Holmes is essentially the prototypical nerd who knows basically everything, yet at the same time he clearly works out and knows that sometimes you need physical power to back up brainpower. Now, if we get to see Watson being badass and smart in this movie, then all will be forgiven.
