I'm not Karno, but I'm pretty sure she is a siamese feline. The black on her muzzle makes things look a bit odd, yea. I thought she was something else, too, but its pretty clear in panel 6 there. :)

you bring up a good point....should it really be that hard to identify one of these masked people? Eventually you would get enough photos of the person, there are records and such...

Funny Story.....

The reason Superman is never properly identifiable in photographs is because he's constantly shivering his head at Super-Speed.. enough so that any picture is blurry and, thus, unrecognizable.

...or so claims DC

I think they covered one of those pitfalls in "The (new) Adventures of Superman" where Lois 'caught' Superman's Powers... and was accosted with all kinds of people complaining; "You ripped the door off my CAR!" (Your WIFE was in there.. it was burning!) "YEAH, but you ripped up my CAR! How'm I gunna explain this to the insurance company?! YOU'RE PAYIN' FOR IT!!"

I can't help but wonder, is she going to be able to track him down and then act... or something going to intervine and she comes to her senses. Perhaps he wasn't making a drug deal, perhaps he was going vigilante and just wasn't so good at it.
