The Suit Maker has a horrible time at communication. Always have a hard time getting to her via Email / Phone / SMS.
Especially when I came back to order my Tail + Paws. Horrible, Horrible communication. No Tracking # on Paws / Tail.

Only got the head, so I can't really reliably answer this one.

Garbage, took FOREVER to respond to messages after initial contact.

Pretty professional, nice and friendly.

Somewhat satisfied. Finished my head on time, paws and tail were never received therefore I can't gauge those.

Yea, Pretty satisfied.

Communication is a real hitter here. I can't recommend them to anyone else due to that. Kinda disappointing due to the awesome prices for what quality I got.
She just can't seem to figure out communication. One day she's on the ball with it, next she doesn't respond at all.

The ventilation looks pretty questionable here as well, like it would get quite hot in there and hard to breathe. The muzzle is also uneven around the nose and the shaving looks quite rough. Granted, though, it's not terrible for the pricing.
Can you elaborate more on the communication? Was there any indication of delays in the maker's personal life, or did they appear to make excuses as to the completion of the paws and tail?
