Here is something that i've been planning to draw for the past couple of months, Yes meet Patren PC my Patoranger oc.
He is a leader of the British Global Special Police Organization from London, his Patoranger form is known to be a english policeman, during the time when Change T being in the Lupin spell his mission was trying to catch Change Lupin despite that he's the most wanted criminal.
Now when that problem solved Change T and Patren PC are now supporting each other to always keeping up the good work on their missions.
