Another of my pieces I play at parties to show off. Short, sweet and full of sixteenth note bursts.
Only bit of overdub is around the 1:30 mark, where my right hand hit all the notes at the right time but didn't strike hard enough to be audible (That part always needs a little bit of clarity), so I overdubbed it an octave upwards.
H. C. Lumbye's "Champagne Galop," one of Denmark's most... iconic, I guess? songs. I remember proposing this as the soundtrack to a short pilot film with
Maxi-Rover, but I never got around to recording anything and wasn't yet skilled enough to animate in her style (I'm barely skilled enough to animate in my own). And, of course, with my health and spoons, I simply couldn't.
