It's finally done, YAY! 8D I honestly don't know why it took me this friggin' long, but I'm glad I'm done with it. :) This is

Heh, despite that I stopped doing trades, there are times I just feel tempted to do maybe one or two art trades. :P
Aww it took me a long time to get where I'm at now, and I still have a long way to go (still learning how to draw feathers, scales, and drawing/colouring fur texture). So just keep practicing! :D

The colour pattern of the badge letters work really well with the background. You've gotten very handy with the application of shading, too. It's rare to see the single-tone shadows done right.
The dragon's pose and expression are quite cute - all chipper and mischievous 8)
