The photo is mine, but not the book held by the photographer's hand .This is my copy of Breaking the Ice: Stories form New Tibet, with tales by various authors and edited by Tim Susman.
This is one of the first furry books that I bought -along with White Crusade, I think-. Also, this is one of the best Science Fiction anthologies that I've read in my entire life .
All of this book's short stories are set in the barren, frozen planet of New Tibet, where a colony of anthromorfized artic animals struggle with poverty, with the tyranny from two crime families and corporations that exploit New Tibet's resources, and with conflicts generated by the near impossible desire of escape from this planet and its oppressive way of life.
