I do love how realistic he looks. Especially the abs. Abs rarely look "perfect", so having that split in the middle is a nice little natural touch. I love that really subtle horizontal lines across the chest. It makes the pecs really pop off the page. The shoulders are something I'm starting to pay attention to now, and these look fantastic. I love all the veins too! (I'd write more but I don't want to murder you with words here)
Also that face is really cute for someone so large. I know it's a wolf, but I see a little Shiba Inu because the fur is rounded. That smile really makes him look approachable and real too, nit just a drawing or a scary wall of buff.
