It reminds me a tiny bit of a few different things, Tokyo Ghoul, Smile Dog, That one kind of face painting and I can't think of anything else.. I actually think you can get stuff like this for real.. Like.. Glow in the dark body paint? Maybe you should look into it I mean at the very least you may have fun with it, since you're quite a creative person and make up and drawing tend to go fairly well together, because of like I said earlier them being quite creative practices.
