And now, here's another OC of mine who I have kept hidden until now. This is Tozoku, a raccoon from Japan. And you can probably guess where I got the inspirations for him. I'll explain his story and his personality later. But much like Joe, Tozoku starts out as a villain at first, as he is one of the soldiers recruited by Dr. Psycho to fight against the Rovers. Tozoku is agile and acrobatic, and is a ninja-like expert in martial arts and weapons. Tozoku's name is Japanese meaning "Bandit", and he wears blue armor with silver padding, and a red scarf around his neck. Tozoku has spiky anime hair, green eyes, and a utility belt, similar to Batman. He serves as a member of the MAS. But like Joe, he has a change of heart, and switches sides. He is at first rivals with Tsunami. But as he converts, he gains a respect for the Akita, and his close friends with Joe, Vladimir, and Prowl. Tozoku has a thing for Japanese calligraphy, Haikus, and Japanese cuisine, and is also a good cook.
