pfff, he was never a communist ;) maybe Andreasson was an office socialist, but... *BRICK'd* make no mistake, I love the old comics. Most of all I loved it for actually having views to stand for. How many kids' comics or shows have that today? :P
And this rendition was kinda cool; don't think I've seen him in a style that wasn't an attempt to imitate the comic's. (except within the comic; one of the co-drawers did a pretty good job for a while) But then I haven't searched the net for it yet (fear of rule 34 perhaps, I dunno XD)

Ah. Well I was just reading something about it in a swedish blog once.

Yeah I don't see much art of him or Lille Skutt so I try and throw in what I have to the small offering.

Yeah, I've got some from when I was a kid and I tend to pick up old issues when I come across them cheap :) Including those issues that came before I was born; I think the best were those in the middle of the comic's run when he'd left the simpler heroic / funny plots for social / political stuff and some characters got some development (Vargen being the prime example as he does a 180 along the way).

Now I kinda feel like drawing them too. It was a big freaking part of my childhood :D I learned to read in those comics in kindergarten! (and confess: I have actually created a "fan character" + story for it, even if it's only stored in my head)
