Oh, my God, how the hell do you people do this?!

I know I've only just taken my first steps into the realm of digital art, but it takes so long to do anything. Okay, I've got the basics of sketching down, but trying to make good lineart is turning out to be a major pain in the scrote. What are some good tutorials I can check out? How do you do lineart? Ack!
