ok so yes this is a bloodclan OC sue me and his name is Corbal :D

yes yes yes and yes, scourge is dead, and many other bloodclan cats in the original series. This is a new clan that was made when the descendants and the last surviving blood of the old clan gathered together and decided to reclaim their lost clan. In the private story i came up with, the clan is lead by a dark tabby tom named Ripp. Instead of being driven by the bloodlust that Scourge was, he is driven by a natural leader's instincts to protect his clan and fend of enemies. Corbal is his subordinate and is indeed related to Scourge. howoriginaljr
