There is but it works on all foxes. However when over it magnifies their power for a turn so its a Pyrrhic victory.

Attatches to one Fox in play or next Fox summoned by controller. Goes to graveyard if attached Fox is unsummoned, destroyed or removed from play. Adds +0/+1 per Fox in play to attached Fox.

Vulpine Glowsticks: 1( Any)
Attaches to one Fox in play or next Fox summoned. 1(any) and tap attached Fox: all male Creatures gain -1/-0 per mana tapped and are tapped at end of turn as they stand transfixed by the Fox's hypnotic dance. Creatures tapped by this effect do not untap on their next turn.

nice art, and i love the first ability. unfortunately this card is far too overpowered. two mana for doublestrike and a pump ability that counts a creature type, you should cost at least 3 and a red (or 3 red).
