A week or two ago when I saw that KittyDee was opening for commissions I thought I'd give it a try. As you can probably guess by now, I was picked and this is the result.
This lady is Cecily Acidalia Av'Si, a character for the HC SVNT DRACONES RPG who I am very much looking forward to play.
She works for IRPF, basically the police of the setting as an investigator. She often uses her fluffy, harmless looks to lull others into a false sense of security, for she can be outright mean and ruthless.
I'm super happy with how this came out. KittyDee was very pleasant to commission and she went above and beyond with the lighting effects :) Please check out her posting of the picture here as well.
