Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Body fit: Fits well, but crotch area is slightly tight (probably error with duct tape dummy)
Quality & Durability: No issues as of now
Comfort: Comfortable to wear
Airflow: Fursuit is not unnecessarily hot.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Symmetry: Everything is according to the reference sheet/my request
Shaving: The transition between regular and sparkle/glitter fur (upper chest) is easy to notice, but is not a huge issue.
Fur feel/look: The fur feels soft, not crunchy, no markings, and is easy to brush
Color/Material: Satisfied with material choice, but primary color shade didn't match the one of my existing head
Match with concept art: Matches well. Only change made was making the area at the tail more circular, but this is something I suggested to the maker.

Special Attachments and Features
Please describe how satisfied you are with any extra features your bodysuit has.
What are they: Pocket sewn into bodysuit. Nothing to mention, just for storing items like cellphone, glasses, wallet.

Fit: Easy to put on, comfortable to wear. Wrists have not shown.
Quality and Durability: No issues here as of now.
No interior lining

Feel/Look: Feels nice, looks good.

The tail is a little hard to put on and slightly weighty, but it doesn't cause an issue.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
Matching at seams: Everything fits well and correctly.
Fit correctly: One leg feels a little looser than the other, but it is probably an issue with my duct tape dummy. Should not cause maintenance issue.
Consistency: Suit is consistent with past projects of maker.

Other note: Area behind tail does have a slightly rough transition to rest of body, but it is not much of an issue.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Very easy, found them through reddit forum when looking for specific fursuit features.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
There was no delay. My response came within a day and maker was constantly online for contact. They reached out to me on Reddit, we briefly discussed prices on Furaffinity, then communicated on Facebook Messenger (I switched to a different account about halfway through). (All changes of channels of communication were mutual agreements)


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
I feel like I was treated well by the maker. They were pleasant to work with and were definitely more friendly than business-like. There were a few ambiguities in contact, but all were resolved. The only policies we explicitly communicated were just reaffirming their Furaffinity policies. They did not give me any excuses, and they did not talk about their personal life.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
I was aware of a queue and my place in it, yet the maker did not make clear that they work on projects in batches. The construction time was about a month, which was a little longer than what I hoped, but the fursuit was constructed in a reasonable time.
There were no specific deadlines. The maker did have a bit of further end date than what I was comfortable with, but since there were no deadlines, I am fine with them. The items were shipped in a timely manner.


Are you happy with the product you received?
I am relatively satisfied with my order (I ordered a bodysuit/refurbishment for old fursuit/gloves/tail). The project was above my expectations, but not by very much.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Ultimately, furtastic studios has been pleasant to work with. Their quality is definitely improving and I would be willing to work with them again.

They produce great fursuits and I was happy with the results!
