Vapor is a 19 year old, mischievous little mechanic. She lives in a time where some of the world has fallen under nuclear fallout to the point where there's virtually nothing, but there are still places that are booming with people. She spends her time wandering from place to place, trying to find inspiration for her next project. She's partially enhanced with technology of her own creation. She's a bit of a troublemaker and doesn't mind grabbing parts from anywhere, even if they don't belong to her. Vapor is mouthy when provoked, but she is otherwise spunky and goofy when she's around someone she doesn't feel threatened by.
