Not sure how to explain it better than I did in the description!
Al (the goat) shrank himself way down. Dex (the dragon) was also shrank down, but not as much. Clover (the deer) did not shrink at all. Al is climbing Dex, and Dex and Clover are watching the footage from Al's GoatPro camera (a pun on GoPro) on the cell phone behind Dex in the second image.
