I have no problems with fan art, even at one point did a pic of Chocolate Milkmaid meeting Negima. as for prices, 5 dollars for a sketch 10 for Line art 30 for color. Mostly due to time. Although generally speaking if its just basic color like what I generally post I only charge 20
