She is the PR head, so going to gala's, charity and fundraising events is one of the many facets of her job inside WulfenStahl. She takes to it very well, and enjoys socializing. Her many tails often garner her a lot of attention, typically from people admiring how well groomed they are and compliment her looks.
She's probably asking Rosie how her outfit looks, seeing as they're probably both going to attempt to get more sponsors for the team. I'm not entirely sold that purple is her color, but I do like how the think dress with lace on the top looks on her. :3
