Here’s a new oc I made this is hacker the fox one of Dr. Brain’s loyal and smart experiment servants. Unlike Nicole who can manipulate nanites and hack and control computers and technology hacker’s goal is steal nicole’s powers and use it against her to gain control over the world for his master and become the watcher of the world “meaning becoming like god’s eye from fast and the furious 7 or Lucy” he would do anything to serve his master unfortunately hacker doesn’t seem interested in letting Dr. Brain taking over the world into his own image instead he wants to terrorize the world instead of turning into something else but he does it in secret in his underground bunker lab. He is a genius too making monsters and chemicals and technology like his master thanks to his mind giving him the ability of it, hacker prefers being smart evil villain when it comes to a straight fight with anyone he outsmarts them really good after watching there techniques and skills and dangerously uses them against them once he has them all into his power and will. He is a cold emotionless and viscous villain that would rather die than telling his enemies anything they want to know that he knows it all from Brains orders.


Abilities.

Hacking:can hack to anything in the world hacker enjoys hunting his prey down when they are not safe from his intelligence even use hi so enemis defenses and weapons against them and keep it under his control.

Power user:though he may look normal hacker isn’t powerless at all he has been given the ability to stealing and studying his opponents skills and abilities too including their strengths and weaknesses and once done he will use it against them to finish them off with no mercy at all his favorite power is using dark electricity “which is one of bulk’s weaknesses and the only thing that can hurt him” “including gods and overlords too”

Adaptation:hacker can take any kind of punishment that his enemies wishes to insist on attacking him with any kinds of powers they have but he was made to adapt them by simply getting hit enough and then have it at his free will and use it for world terror domination. “Like doomsday”

Eye tracking:if there are no machines or computers for him to use then his robotic eye can get into any system including himself from husband mind of cybernetic nano microscopic machinery to continue his work even to track down any enemy he wishes to engage next including to warn him where his enemies may be coming from and attack from too.

Monster and machine builder:He loves to make things of his own demise and image like his master even using sonic and his friends turning them into eiter monster, machine or cybernetic monsters too “like tfp shockwave who made predaking”

Weapons expert:when it comes to weapon usage hacker is in for some fun he has been training under the rule o Dr. Brain’s mind and power he can and is an expert into hand to hand combat making on earth of his own too by studying his enemies moves too he can use any type of weapon that will finish the job off and execute his enemies at will.
