Last summer I commissioned an Artistic Liberty mini partial bird from  HeadsandTailsStudios. My spot on their list has finally come up, and they sent me their plans for the design of the suit. From the plans they sent me, I got inspiration to draw the little bird as a full character and finally give him a name and personality.

This is Kozmo the Stellar Jay. In the small alternate world where all of my characters live, Kozzy is Pepper's personal assistant. He is very good at his assigned job, and follows all of Pepper's weird cleanliness rules (she absolutely hates dirt or the idea of anything being dirty). His preferred outfit is a combination of shorts and a short sleeved renaissance styled shirt. He is an expert in fashion design, and has a very out there style when it comes to his personal designs.
