Actually, my camera has built in wireless and so does my flash so no need for an RF system. Nikon D700 with SB-900 external flash. I command the settings right through my camera! I can set it to TTL, or manual and have just the external flash fire, or both built-in and external if I want. Comes in handy at times!
Yea, My Olympus has a similar feature. I waiting on my flash so i have yet to play with it.
I don't like the idea of the on camera flash going off before the remote one (which is a requirement for the remote flash to go off). It wouldn't matter with fursuiters but with people, they tend to blink after the flash... which would be, in this case, the 'trigger' for the remote flash.... meaning more pictures of people blinking... T.T
Though, I could just be worrying to much... ^___^
I was asking if you were using an RF system to see if there was one you would recommend.

You should get the SB-600! It's a very nice step up from the SB-400 and you can bounce the flash off the ceiling for portraits! =D That was my first flash when I had my Nikon D80 and it served me quite well! You can see some of my older, non-furry pictures on deviantart http://photographerandrew.deviantart.com/ Mostly all of the pictures before the "my new camera" picture were with my Nikon D80, sometimes with the SB-600 flash. I know the "Medieval" pictures used the flash. Feel free to have a look!
