She's got hers on but the ceremony is only part way through so that's why he's not got his on yet.
But his collar represents his love for her and that he belongs to her just as her collar represents her love for him and that she belongs to him.
Hers is gold, for his fur, and his is a metallic, (closest you can be to white) for her fur.

But you know what? If a married couple, prefers to just get it over with, and do it like that, more power to them!
