An incredibly cheerful (and rather scatterbrained) girl whose father is lead guitarist and vocalist for a somewhat popular rock band, the Gods of Rock (her mother is the band's manager). Despite growing up with wealth, her parents taught her to always work for what she wants, something she has stuck to rather well. This led to her job as a waitress at a local maid cafe, the Red Rose Cafe, which she enjoys doing. Her uplifting personality also led to her becoming a cheerleader for her college as well (she doesn't mind the infamously showy outfit they wear). Multiple people have tried to date Regina, but so far all have ended fairly quick due to not being able to keep up with Regina's unfocused energy.

Fun Fact: Her evolution into an Arcanine was the result of her parents doing a very poor job of hiding a Fire Stone they had bought for Regina as a birthday gift when she was almost 10 years old, to use whenever she wanted to evolve someday. Curious to know what her parents had got for her, she rummaged around and found the stone, and almost immediately activated it not realizing what it was for. Needless to say, her parents found out quickly and decided not to punish her, since her height change upon evolution destroying a favorite outfit of hers was punishment enough.
