Here he is with a less ginormous muzzle, a bigger hane, and a slightly thinner tail. I'ma stick the first one in scraps.

I agree about the headband, but it's really hard to tie something onto an otter's head cause they ain't got no crainium dome. hee hee.
With the pix of otters I've looked at, the nose, eye and ear do all line up, with the eye lookign slightly higher up. When I look at this guy and compare him to a photo, I can pick out that his chin is too strong and his nose is too small and flat looking. I did also draw him with his head kinda forward and down ni something of a dopey posture, if that changes things at all. I'm glad the body's come along, but I dunno what I can do with the headband short of losing it altogether.
