A friend of mine from deviantart and I collaborated on some adoptables and ended up liking them so much we made our own little species out of them, haha. She even wrote up some info for them:
Kiringdogs are a closed species by Eagli (eaglidots.furaffinity.com and eaglidots.deviantart.com) and Panic (panic-god.deviantart.com)!
Kirindogs are quadrupedal dog-dragon-unicorn crosses inspired by Qilins (kirins) of Chinese mythology! Kirindogs, like qilins of ancient lore, are affiliated with peace, protection, and prosperity. Kirindogs are descended from the several diety kirindogs, of which more information is coming later.
Kirindogs are most known by their long manes, cloven back hooves, and horns. Kirindogs usually have 1 horn; it is extremely rare for them to be born with multiple horns, but antlers are not uncommon.
