Character from a dream I had awhile back. He was an anthro absol who lost his limbs in a really bad car accident or something?
He also ended up wearing his mega stone around his neck at all times so he could shift whenever and wherever; but his paranoia and anxiety from the accident meant he was always in mega form, even when just at home doing work on the computer. Due to this, he tired out quickly and constantly.

He was a really depressing dude but I found potential in his character so I made him a thing? He's a patient of Gregg's character Aloe, who's helping him recover, which is some feel-good stuff, man.
