For a method with nervous prisoners I like to start small with the tickling, then move up more with the severity. Heh heh

I'm sorry. :/ After these two pages I was told to take a break, and then the commissioner simply never spoke to me again. To be honest, I don't think my work was very good and I imagine he wasn't satisfied with how it was going.
