There's some problem in the shoulder/neck area. A lot of it is difficult to discern whether that's from the way the suit is built or whether it's problematic anatomy, but the shoulders on the figure look really large, and broad. Females generally have a smaller frame then males do. The neck also looks quite long too.
Breasts have kind of a water-balloonish look to them, although breasts in general can sometimes be difficult depending on the size (which can also correlate with the overall size of the woman, as well) and whether they're supported by a bra or not. If it helps, remember that breasts are pretty much blobs of fat under the skin and so they would act that way in terms of gravity and shape.
Face is a bit rugged looking for a typical female, but that might just be a character trait as well. I've seen some women with rather hard and worn faces.
Legs kind of have this thing going on where they look like they're trying to be human legs while trying to keep the qualities of a digitigrade, anthro leg. Generally people don't stand that way because it's uncomfortable. Our legs weren't built that way. Usually if we stand with a leg bent, we have the other leg up straight in order to support the weight. This causes the hips to tilt.
I'd say a really good thing to do is either try to find some figure drawing sessions or just look at people and draw them. It seems like you have a good ground idea of what the general shape of the female figure is (the hourglass shape), but there are some points that look a bit more masculine. You can probably find references in books or on the internet (although you might just find porn too. Yes, I've heard a few people say that they've learned to draw figures through studying porn, but I've never tried it so I can't really vouch for how true that is.)
I hope I'm not being too harsh or anything.
Another good place to get good advice/critique from professionals who actually know what they're doing is conceptart.org. I've posted on there a few times and everything I've gotten back so far has been valid and helpful.

lol, awesome. I appreciate the comments. To be honest the picture was based off of a girl I know, who's boyfriend asked for this. Its been a while since I've drawn a woman though, but I do like what you said. I agree about her neck and face, and being a dude I havent had enough experience drawing breasts. lol
In anycase ill take into consideration what you said. Thinning down the figure and working on the legs seems to be my top priority at the moment. Thanks!
