Frontals are so much harder to draw than side shots. x_x
Hopefully I can improve with frontals, side shots are fairly easy for me right now.

I can't see why you thought you needed to practice. This looks great, considering some of the other eye sores I've looked at recently.
The only criticism I can think of is it looks like you got lazy with the mouth and teeth, and the tattoo on the arm is a little poorly defined.
