It happened many times already.
Each time I wake up.

I’m laying in my bed, not even daring to open my eyes.
I’m aware of the unpleasant daylight crawling on my bed.
I desperatly know it’s already late but won’t count the time.
I can feel my heart beating fast, frightened by everything.
I feel nauseous, I want to cry and plan to avoid the day.

But I can’t avoid my responsabilities,
Hence, even if my now duties,
Have an even more bitter taste,
I get up.

And I’m upset.
