Mystic: The one who built this place. Nothing is know about him. He keeps his face and body hidden within his robe. Despite being so secretive he welcomes all who come to the palace with open arms. Regardless of what they might be.

Linnel: One of watchers of the initiation. He and other dragon Vian. Make a small chant during the process and once the scale has show if the one passes or fails they them reset the scale and rarely leave the palace. Linnel sometimes makes snacks for everyone in their home.

Azilo: One of the more adventurous and tends to leave the palace. He carries a stone with him so that when an initiation happens he can warp over to do his part and wrap the bands around the one taking the test. He doesn't mind doing this and kept the gem in his belly so that way he won't worry about losing it.

Gawel: Despite being mute he's very gentle even after the initiations are done. He does eat those who have failed but his digestion is rather painless and does it after they had passed so that the next time they wake up they'll be in on the floor of the palace. He does sleep in Azilo's stomach in occasions where it gets chilly.
