Not bad; but if you don't mind me being a criticizing bastard:
-contrast and depth could use work
-lighting could use work
but I say the flow is good, same with colors.
To fix the contrast, use dodge and burn tool with Brightness Contrast filter. Set this layer to overlay and mess with the opacity (0-100% on the layer screen, not sure what it's called lol.) Fixing contrast helps distinguish a background and a foreground.
To fix lighting, simply use the gradient tool, set to White-To-Transparent and do radial gradients on the lighter spots. Set this to grain merge.

It's a forum signature love. I don't want it to stand out...
If I really wanted to make it overshadow.. I'd take the foreground image, hit it was a dose of over exposure, refilter the the background to not purposely mix in with the original image, and overburn it. Though like I said. The signature is just there to compliment a post... It's not the main attraction.
