Looking at all of the characters in the lineup Helen is one of the most frequent to dress more modestly. She loves to wear skirts, and dresses in combination with leggings and sweaters. This outfit jumped out at me as being very Helen to wear, a functional, comfortable and still presentable outfit; not too casual yet not overly business-y.
